MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology in 2002 – course led with the London Business School, HEC School of Management-Paris, Norwegian School of Economics and BA in Bergen. Obtained a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw in 2001 with the master’s thesis: “Venture capital funds and their influence on economic growth.”
Professional Career
For the past two years has managed the sales and development of the largest airplane maintenance company in Poland. Export sales grew close to 90% during this period which allowed the company to emerge from huge losses to gains (18% margin improvement), hiring over 150 new employees and introduction of the first raises in years. In previous workplaces managed sales, finances, reorganization and restructuring of Polish units of: the biggest consumer electronics producer in the world, a global semiconductor producer, a global recycler, the largest PR firm in Central Europe. Also worked for the global leader in pricing advising and strategy, Simon Kucher & Partners. Monitored the implementation of the restructuring program of civilian and military companies of the Stalowa Wola Steelworks Capital Group. Carried out many mergers and integrations of companies in Poland and internationally. Supported the development of several digital video and e-commerce start-ups.
