Education
PhD in Sociology, graduate of master’s and PhD studies in the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Managerial Studies in the Warsaw School of Economics. A negotiator and certified mediator of the Polish Center for Mediation, possessing a license to carry out all types of court mediations. Submitted an exam with positive results for candidates for membership in the Supervisory Councils of the Companies of the National Treasury in July 2016.
Professional Career
Academic lecturer at the University of Warsaw from 2010–2016, in the Academy of Special Pedagogy and in the “Integration” Association. The author of numerous reports and scholarly publications. Advisor to the Chairman of the Sejm Commission on Administration and Internal Affairs from 2016–2019. Project Director and then Expert on Institutional Cooperation in the Office of Strategy, Development and International Cooperation of the Polish Postal Service from June 2017, where he is responsible for contacts with the state administration and coordinates the work of the Parliamentary Group on the Polish Postal Service. Associated with The Republican Foundation since 2017. Panel moderator at the Republican Congresses and the 590 Congress, author of articles to the Common Affairs journal, co-author of the first “Public Affairs” report in Poland.
Extraprofessional Activities
An associate of non-governmental organizations operating in the area of protecting psychiatric health, for which he creates and implements innovative educational and therapeutic projects. A member of the Organizing Committee of the Military Parade on the 100th Anniversary of Regaining Independence in 2018. Privately, an aficionado of horse racing and owner of an English thoroughbred horse, which he is preparing for the 2020 season.
